2023 NFB of SC Exhibit Hall Application Form

The sixty-seventh annual state convention of the NFB of SC will be held the weekend of August 18 through 20, 2023, at the Columbia Embassy Suites located at 200 Stoneridge Dr., Columbia, SC, 29210. One of the highlights of the convention will be the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall offers agencies, businesses and the blind opportunities to display their services on behalf of the blind at the convention. Aids and appliances catalogs are welcome to be displayed in the Exhibit Hall. We are planning to have at least 200 delegates represented from all across the state. You will want to display for this big event.

Exhibit Hall hours are:

Friday, August 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday, August 19 2023, from 7:00 to 8:15 AM and from 5:45 to 6:15 PM

Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 7:15 to 8:15 AM

Room rates are as follows: $112.00 per night plus tax for1 to 4 in a room.
